I am honored to serve in my fifth year as Principal of "Tex" Hill Middle School. Prior to joining the Hill family, I served as the Curriculum Assistant Principal at Legacy of Educational Excellence High School, building on a long history of administrative leadership within North East ISD. I am deeply committed to supporting our students, staff, and community as we work together to foster a strong culture of success. Title IX Coordinator & Campus Behavior Coordinator

The Title IX Coordinator/Campus Behavior Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining student discipline and the implementation of this subchapter and for responding to all complaints of possible sex discrimination and coordinating proper responses to complaints.

I am excited to begin my first year as the Academic Dean at Tex Hill Middle School! I have proudly served in North East ISD since 2018, most recently as a high school ELAR Instructional Coach, where I supported teachers through instructional coaching, data-driven planning, PLCs, curriculum development, and student intervention.

As Academic Dean, I look forward to partnering with our teachers, students, and families to strengthen instruction, support student growth, and build systems that help every student succeed. I am honored to be part of the Tex Hill Tiger community and excited for an incredible year of learning and growth!

Hello, my name is Alex Espey, and I am excited to begin my 7th year serving as an Assistant Principal at Hill Middle School, and my 14th year working in education with NEISD. I am proud to have spent these years working alongside the students, staff, and families who make Hill such a special place.

I am a graduate of Texas A&M University–San Antonio and earned my master’s degree from Concordia University. I am also a proud graduate of Winston Churchill High School, and it is especially meaningful to me to continue serving the district where I grew up.
